Core spec compliance: fix Bundle.adapt(ServiceReferenceDTO[].class)
The new behaviour is spec compliant, but will cause a known OSGi R6 CT failure:
testArrayServiceReferenceDTO
ServiceReferenceDTO[] for stopped bundle is null
This is known deviation and is documented here:
