Build the manuals by executing
$ mvn clean pre-site

Deploy the manuals by executing
$ mvn clean site-deploy [-DdistMgmtSiteUrl=....]

The property 'distMgmtSiteUrl' defaults to 'scpexe://people.apache.org/www/directory.apache.org/api',
but can be overridden to any other location by adding the property to the command line
