The initial API was donated by OpenDDR LLC, represented by Werner Keil.

Bundled APIs:

This module uses the W3C DDR Simple API described at
http://www.w3.org/TR/DDR-Simple-API/

The source code of those APIs is available at
http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/DDWG/drafts/api/simple/java/src/

While it seems reasonable to assume that that source code is licensed
under the standard W3C software license
(http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2002/copyright-software-20021231)
there is unfortunately no explicit license information in that source code.

Users of the affected DeviceMap modules are therefore requested to make their own 
decision about whether that code is ok for them to use, from a licensing point of view.
