Creates a savepoint with the given name in the current
transaction and returns the new Savepoint object that represents it.

Creates an unnamed savepoint in the current transaction
and returns the new Savepoint object that represents it.

releaseSavepoint (Savepoint savepoint)
Removes the given Savepoint object from the current transaction.

Undoes all changes made after the given Savepoint object
was set.
PreparedStatement
prepareStatement(String sql, int autoGeneratedKeys)
autoGeneratedKeys argument is ignored unless
sql is an INSERT statement.

Column indexes are ignored unless sql is an INSERT
statement. Every column index in the array must correlate to an
auto-increment
column within the target table of the INSERT. Supported in embedded mode only.
