###How do I talk to someone on the project without having to signup for anything?
There is no one person who listens to questions. You will need to at least subscribe to the [user mailing list](/mailing-lists.html#users-mailing-list). You can unsubscribe just as easily.

###Things seem to be scattered to multiple sites. Is there one place for everything?
Yes and no, there are several sites that make up all Apache projects. Each serves a specific purpose. The first one listed below is the one place that will point to everything else as needed.
