Copied over full LVG from my working 1.0.5 copy

Updated UMLS password and user ID (then removed them before posting into SVN)

Created additional runcTAKES bat file to use Java 1.5 on my system

Ran a CPE and created some output under cTAKESdesc/cpddesc

Created  cTAKESdesc/typesystem/common_type_system-plus-specifics.xml
