Merged revision 1095355 from branch 1.0.x Avoid replicator crash on list_to_existing_atom/1 calls This happens when a remote endpoint exposes new information in the database URI that is not recognized by this CouchDB version. Closes COUCHDB-1004. Applied Adam's simple 1 line fix.
