MATH-923 Implementation of Kohonen's Self-Organizing Feature Map (SOFM). New package "o.a.c.m.ml.neuralnet" contains base functionality for implementing different map types, i.e. methods that project a high-dimensional space onto one with a low dimension (typically 1D or 2D). The SOFM-specific code is in "o.a.c.m.ml.neuralnet.sofm".
