The Commons Parent team is pleased to announce the release of commons-parent-27

The Apache Commons Parent Pom provides common settings for all Apache Commons components.

                    maven-resources-plugin             2.5 -> 2.6
                    maven-surefire-plugin              2.12.2 -> 2.12.3
                    maven-surefire-report-plugin       2.12.2 -> 2.12.3
