Status of WS-I SCM SA

This document is written to give a hint about where to start to those who want to join developing WS-I SCM SA.

Please refer to docs/plan.txt first. 

Currently, we finished "3.3.1 Retailer". It means that from 3.3.2 you have a lot of things to do :-)
