WW-4128: Document that I18nInterceptor sets the Locale according to browser settings (thanks to Antonio Sanchez) Note: UTF-8 log messages edited by ASF infra team to work around an installation issue with the svn server (not an svn bug) that breaks replication from master to slave servers when log messages contain UTF-8.
