Don't expect mod_info to report modules that were skipped from the configuration. (Some of the modules in the list maintained by Apache-Test won't actually be loaded.) This resolves a test failure when mod_jk, mod_casp2, or mod_bwshare is in the configuration. Reviewed by: jorton
