New image loader framework (see docs for details)
Includes an implementation of Dijkstra's shortest path algorithm and a few helper classes (MimeConstants and UnitConv) transferred over from FOP.

Ported basic PostScript generation infrastructure from FOP along with supporting utility classes.
Jakarta Commons IO is now a dependency as per the plan in the Wiki.
