Updates docs to include description of DOM and XML Schema implementations in Xerces
Updating the doc for the new property "input-buffer-size".
Updating the documentation of the two properties: external-schemaLocation and external-noNamespaceSchemaLocation. Now these properties are also used when we locate <import>ed schema documents. That is, if "namespace" attribute on <import> matches the namespace part of one of the namespace/location pairs in external-schemaLocation property, or if there is no "namespace" attribte on <import> and external-noNamespaceSchemaLocation property is specified, the location specified by the properties is used, instead of the schemaLocation attribute on <import>.
Updating the documentation of the two properties: external-schemaLocation and external-noNamespaceSchemaLocation.
