AndyC's fault: he used backslashes instead of forward slashes for the touch command in the Makefile.incl.

The NodeIteratorImpl.java and the TreeWalkerImpl.java are being moved from the dom.traversal package/dir up to the dom package/dir. The Makefiles and samples need to reflect this also.
