Initial version of the Sandesha2C implementation. This includes
    - Folder hierachy
    - Build system based on GNU automake
    - Source code and the header files for the OM RM interface

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
