1.Modified the scripts
2.removed the linebreaks from  the README.txt and RELEASE-NOTE.txt
3.Added a better (and complete) description in the project.xml

1. Fixed the site build problem (maven is confused when project.xml is not containing any reports)
2. Added release notes and other such documentation
3. Added the download.xml
