Commented where it free thread_env. commented AXIS2_SVC_SKELETON_FREE(svc_obj, env);

*Fixed the problem of searching hash by qname.
*Now message recievers are loading. Still seg faults when
configuring transport senders. This can be fixed by
properly configureing axis2.xml for receivers

Added build.sh file. This will configure the system with
the default --prefix=${AXIS2C_HOME}/install
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
enter a numeric revision.
