Temporary fix for AxisClassLoader problem.  The static lookup based
on class name was failing in a situation where one webapp was a
client in the same JVM as another webapp which had the service.
Now the lookup is per-class-loader, which I'm not quite sure is the
right thing either, but does solve the problem.  This class needs to
be re-evaluated in a serious way, IMHO.

Start work on updating docs for alpha-2

Add security handlers to default server-config.xml
