Using activemq 4.1.1 as the 4.2.2 SNAPSHOT seems to have disappeared from official repos.
Use ActiveMQ 5.0 SNAPSHOT (20071016.032635-24) as I couldn't find any 4.2-SNAPSHOT in public repositories anymore. Looks like 4.2 won't happen. 5.0 is the next release outside the incubator.

A lot of good stuff to generate kosher manifests (very important).
Some fixes on the jetty stuff.
Tests execution seems to work. Some tests fail but some work so I guess that's a good sign. Since we changed a bit the way mex works and things are scheduled, more had to be implemented there.
