Trying to fix m2 build since guiceyfruit has been introduced. Added 2 *third* *party* poms from guiceyfruit repository.
start to add guice and guicey-fruity to the mix to work on replacing avalon at all
add missing servlet-api
merge mina socket experiment to trunk
Move code which not depends on avalon sockets (excalibur) to extra module. This will allow easier switching from excalibur to mina..

Switch poms to revised name for standard mailets JAMES-888
mailet new name is apache-mailet. Updated mailet products jars in stage and m2/ant builds to reflect this change.
Update stage and code to latest james-imap trunk after "repackaging/remoduling"
Updated poms to use apache-james-imap-*-0.1-SNAPSHOT as dependency. Removed javadoc/tests jars for apache-james-imap. Added poms to stage for apache-james-imap.
update m2 build to reflect new imap module names.
Updated james products to final versions also for the m2 build.
Changed the way m2 depends on javamail. Added support for building against geronimo implementation via maven profile (-Pgeronimo) Should help investigating on JAMES-850, too.
Make sure stage install the dependencies during the compilation phase.
Removed imapmailbox-library module
standard-mailets vs apache-james-standard-mailets.. maybe the better name is the last one, but we currently name it standard-mailets, so I fix the m2 build first, then we'll decide the best name.
Updated m2 dependencies on new mailets jars.
Different attempt in specifying the mailet-base test-jar depedency
Moved spring to dependencyManagement and stage (otherwise we don't find it during the m2 build)
