Introduced new modules:
common-util: contains only InternetPrintWriter ATM
mailnotification-utl: some javamail only dsn/mdn code
avalon-socket-library: the basic framework used by our socketbased functions.
moved some class from user-library to user-api.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
