Basic implementation of User Repository using Jackrabbit. Decided that my JCR-foo is not sufficient to code without integration testing so I've added a working Repository for testing together with H2 for in-memory testing.

Fixing ant build for util module support (library have to import utils in classpath).
Add config/resources folder needed by ant.
Make sure ant creates config folder the same way it creates the resources folder.

Moved smtpserver tests from phoenix-deployment to smtpserver-function.
Also moved some test utility to core-library tests, and some mock for usersrepository to the user-library.
Changed MockMailServer to accept an UserRepository implementation in the constructor (instead of using the MockUsersRepository, that was causing a dependency issue)
Removed some test from SMTPServerTest: they tested integration between RemoteDelivery and SMTPServer and do not belong to SMTPServer function (I will add them to a new phoenix-deployment test, for the moment).

Altered fordo/subant task to search for module/build.xml instead of module (so empty modules will work fine anyway)
Added workarounds to build the mailet (library) module after the api-modules but before the libraries and still include api-modules in its build.
Created pop3server, smtpserver, imapserver, nntpserver, spoolmanager, fetchmail function modules.
Moved most remaining source code to a core-library module (temporary solution).
Moved handling of Constants.java "properties-merging" to core-library/build.xml

First cut at modular build files. Modules following conventions should be able to use minimal build scripts importing their functions from scripts in these directories. These scripts include targets which generate outline modules following this conventional layout. Not extensively tested. Conventions are debatable but better to have a straw man coded.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
enter a numeric revision.
