Add download verification details
Add optional "archiveold" attribute to support moved projects

Changes to ensure JDK1.4 and 1.5 generate identical output: - change all multi-attribute tags to use xsl:attribute - remove trailing whitespace from JDK1.4 output Also: - use © rather than numeric equivalent - remove xml header from html files - add meta header content type
Replace hard-coded paths with parameters
fixed bug in cgi location output, added comments noting where hardcoding is happening and added jdk 1.5 version of the xml version hack for cgi files (same as 1.4, but no extra newline)
switching to a jdk 1.5 dependent system. if we are going to depend on one, might as well depend on the 10 second one and not on the 2 minute one. This involves hard-coding the location of the output of the redirect:write tag in the cgi and pages xsl files. Also updating the build.xml to mention this and to enforce 1.5 usage.
fixing bug in passing primary onward for nested groups

fixed a logic bug whereby not having pgp meant you didn't have the md5 link either. Only Cactus was affected
fix to download index so that pages without downloads (and thus without .cgi files) are linked to the .html files

if no downloads, do not show the text at the top
concept of links added, and implemented in the various places in the xml. The xsl also checks if a download is mirrored or not, if not mirrored then it uses the primary as the base of the download url instead of the [preferred] tag
not as beautiful as I would like it to be, but downloads can have md5-text and pgp-text set to false t hide the bits about them at the top
added attributes to download that let you turn off md5 and pgp

current state of my suggested replacement for the download system. Still much to setup in download.xml, it's tempting to roll download-page.xsl into an xml file and a download.cgi file which takes some kind of argument needs to be written/generated
