Adding the ability to inject both event loggers and custom serializers into auxiliaries.  The event loggers will make JCS far easier to monitor.  The custom serializers will allow you to do things such as have JCS compress your items prior to storage.  This is still a work in progress.  I have more to do.

JCS has officially been wrestled. Sorry, guys, this is going to be 
one *big* commit again.
- Re-Licensed everything according to the current ASF policy
- Reformatted headers
- Removed trailing blanks

Added the ability to set auxiliaries to use a thread pools in the event queue.  By default none are used and no
threadpool configuration is necessary.  Everything is as is unless you configure it otherwise.

No version update.  I need to make sure the indexed disk cache can function
with more than one thread pulling out of the queue.

couldn't run rmic as postgoal for jar since the base did not exist.

I had to make it separate for now.  Call "maven rmic" to run rmic.  These will not be in the jar right now unless you run jar again.

Added rmic to maven.xml so the remote cache can be used.  This may only be a temporary solution.  It was the only way I could figure out how to do it.

Changes to get tests working again, everything builds and tests under maven-b5
now, except that the tests hang after completion.
