Attempt to merge two different copies of the netware build instructions.
It is not clear ... gmake or make? make -f NWGNUftp-makefile will or
will not work properly? Netware eyeballs requested.

Revert r777499
Original commit r605333 spells out the rational;
The filenames chosen for the mod_ftp repository are deliberately laid out
to permit the user to export or unpack mod_ftp on top of an existing httpd
tree without file conflicts. Although Win32 and Netware still need a bit
of patch or magic to inject the mod_ftp build into the httpd build.
Rename conflicting files.

For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
