This is big step on the way to fixing all the configuration issues. It removes all the configuration objects from the core minus one property editor thingy. So all that's left are the config beans for the protocol providers.

DIRSERVER-1028 update versions. Include apache license header in poms.
DIRSERVER-977 - Rename parent artifactId to be unique within project. DIRSERVER-995 - Cleaning up slf4j dependency defs in poms.
Moved all the plugin/jar versions to the apacheds/pom.xml file. Added some newlines
Bumped up the version to 1.5.1-SNAPSHOT for apacheds
Removed bouncycastle dependency from kerberos-shared POM.

Major issue forcing me to have to bump up to MINA SNAPSHOTs. This is due to common dependencies between MINA and ApacheDS in shared-asn1 and shared-ldap. Basically we had to bump up the revisions here due to some bugs and could not stick to the 0.9.4 release for these deps. But mina 0.9.1 asn1 has deps on 0.9.4 of shared asn1 which causes a nasty issue when now having deps on asn1 0.9.4 via mina and 0.9.5 via ApacheDS. We have to bump up and try to cut another mina release I think. Darn it sorry about this we slipped.

Preparations for shared and mina releases: o mina pom.xml now extends the top which is set to 1.0 o top level pom has to have some extra resource sections to cover for default resource handling otherwise resource handling is overriden and bad things happen o stuck mina at 0.9.1 o stuck shared asn1 dep of mina's to 0.9.4 along for shared-ldap o formated source for shared libraries using the directory project formatter: resources/formatting.xml o updated apacheds to refer to new release tags although we have not released yet
moving asn1 into shared area since it is now shared across 3 different projects: also we can release shared in one shot rather than in parts
moved common to shared to avoid jakarta commons like stigma :) and setup the aid, gid for what was once ldap-common
