Integrated site documentation
added links to the maven 2 plugin
Version 3.3 all over the place. Updated some dependencies.
Re-licensed all stuff according to new rules
Attempt to make the handling of the site docs easier. "maven site" should now generate the correct tree for deployment.
Adjusted navigation to include Tools
Added documentation concerning transactions and connections
- updated navigation t omatch the bnavigation in site - corrected svn url in the tutorial's project.xml - disabled wrong addition of maven-generated docs to the navigation in the generator and the maven-plugin
- changed inclusion of project reports from automatic to manual - corrected some urls - rewritten runtime's index.html. Information about which database is supported was moved to an extra page in docs-all-components. - removed the jar guide. It is not applicable any more as the generator was seperated from the runtime in torque 3.1 - the information in peers-howto was moved to several other documents in the reference (read-to-db, write-to-db, extend-classes) - todo.xml was removed. Todo information is discussed in the wiki. - users-guide was removed. It is not up-to-date anymore and mostly repeats information in the tutorial. The ant part will be rewritten and added to the generator reference. - old logos (db-logo-blue.png, torque-logo-blue.png) are removed. - the stuff in reference (which was scattered in the howtos before) was re-organized, checked to be up-to-date, rewritten in some parts and brought to a common format.
