Patch CLOB/BLOB types in Torque "hypersonic"-profile to avoid a warning when running regression tests (a no-op for functionality and testcases since BlobTest is skipped for hsqldb).

Patch Torque JAR to add "oracle9" platform with TIMESTAMP and change CLOB-mapping for sapDB. Tested with Oracle9i and hsqldb. See the readme_torque_patch.txt and the following ojb-dev thread for details: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.jakarta.ojb.devel/9318
