Apply patch provided by Carlos Sanchesz (DDLUTILS-58).
Just changes the version of the parent pom to 1 instead of 1.0

Initial cut at a maven2 pom.xml. This is just for having correct metadata in the maven repositories, not for actual building.
Still needs work though, eg the betwixt version should be updated when there is a newer version available.
