Roll back to previous ant build file to fix GUMP build
Ant build file is now generated with maven via the ant:generate-build target
Javadoc: Use the copyright symbol entity.
Create Javadoc class and package usage pages (assumes Javadoc 1.2+).
Added the "description" attribute to the "test" target which allows the target to show up in when the ant -projecthelp option is used.
Updated Maven project.xml and maven.xml to copy the RELEASE NOTES over to both the binary and source distributions - also, even though distributions are primarily created using Maven, the existing Ant dist task was modified to copy the RELEASE-NOTES.txt to the dist directory
Added Codec to commons from the sandbox
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
