Fix Checkstyle and Javadoc warnings

- LookupCommand's catalogFactory variable reverted to private (as it was in Chain 1.0)
- DisptachCommand's method, methods and methodKey variables changed to private (not yet released)
- add @since tags for Chain 1.1
