Rolling the org.apache.commons groupId back to the individual component ids. It sounds as though we're not ready for the project.xmls to move to the new id. Intentionally leaving the pom.xmls as they are - sounds like when a component moves to maven-2, that that is when it should use the new groupId

cleaning up some bad maven configuration. A <resource> tag is needed between the resources and includes to work. As it no longer works, I have removed the sections as they appear to not need them (copy and paste from original poms in commons). Also removed empty jar tags and integrationTest tags

Updated build so that using a ssh-agent to connect to icarus is supported (by overriding the betwixt.repository project property) when using the latest version of maven.

Changed project.xml so that the repository setting is specified by a variable. This means that the old setting is available (through an entry in project.properties) but i can override this in my build.properties.
Changed package so that java docs are creatd for all classes
Remove extend from project.xml, since it gives more problems than it solves. Added all missing elements, so it can live on it's own.
Changed project.xml so link is not created to non-existant logo. hopefully i'll be able to change it soon so that it points at a shiny new logo.

o cleaning up the maven descriptors for the projects so that a site with decent names is generated (link to come) o made all the projects use a LICENSE.txt file. one this doesn't wig out windows users and the checkstyle report likes to have one to make sure that all sources files have a license present so if they don't it can be reported. o using the reactor tag in its first forms to provide a mechanism to build the entire commons (still problems with detecting JDK 1.4) and to generate a site where the navigation is gleaned from the project themselves and don't have to kept in sync manually. o added a little front-end site deployer. o project.xml now inherits from ../project.xml
Jars were incorrectly created, it was missing a lot of resources. So if you have a jar, please regenerate it with maven. Update for the generated build.xml will come soon..
o Cleaning up project.xml, getting rid of <type> elements in JARs and using the synthesized name instead of an explicit <jar> definition.
o Updating the dependency entries to use <id> and not <name>.
o Updating the descriptor to use b5.
