Created a new module cocoon-servlet-service-components and moved the parts of the servlet service fw that depends on cocoon apis there. The shielding stuff should maybe not be in the new module. But in that cases it need to be refactored to get rid of some dependencies.
The servlet service fw now only depends on the Spring framework, the servlet api and Excalibur sources.

Update the core pom to include the servlet-service modules and not include the blocks-fw demo and samples. Use the servlet-service samples in the cocoon-webapp. The samples seem to work.

Moving the contents of the module cocoon-common (exceptions with ProcessingException as a prominent member, Constants and the util.location package used by the ProcessingException) to the cocoon-pipeline-api module and updated the dependencies. After some of the recent refactoring the common module was only used in the pipeline and sitemap modules and there is not much reason to use it outside these, so there doesn't seem to be any point in having it as a separate module.

Putting the content in the cocoon-environment modules into the cocoon-pipeline modules, as the pipeline modules where the only one that had dependencies on the cocoon-environment modules and there is no reason to use the cocoon-environment modules independently.

Further work on splitting the core so that it becomes layered. Created a number of new modules:
* cocoon-common - classes needed everywhere: Constants, ProcessingException and their dependencies.
* cocoon-configuration - The Settings interface and implementation.
* cocoon-environment - The Cocoon environment API and the http implementation and some abstract base classes.
* cocoon-util - Part of the o.a.c.util package that is needed in the modules listed above.
Everything compiles and works for me.

get cocon-core, forms and ajax compiling again
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
enter a numeric revision.
