                [-u service-URL]
                [-p <HTTP proxy hostname:port>]
                [-l | dictionary]
-l lists available dictionaries.
Specifying a dictionary will fetch a random cookie from that dictionary.
Not specifying a dictionary will fetch a random cookie from a random
dictionary.
