The instructions should be in index.html, but
a quick how to :

1) Install ant if not already installed.
2) Get a servlet.jar.  Put in /lib
3) Get a velocity.jar.  Put in /lib
4) type 'ant' and it will build.

Follow instructions in index.html for setup.
