Apache Tuscany Project svn tags

( Note: This README currently relates to Java tags only, as the C++
tag structure is flat and uncomplicated.)

Java Tags
=========

Prior to the incubator 1.0 milestone 2 release cycle of Apache Tuscany,
tags for java releases were created in a flat directory structure under
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tuscany/tags/ .  With the
move to modular releases that began with milestone 2 a new directory
structure arrangement was devised to hold the tags.  Parent directories
for each releasable artifact have been created,  and each release will
result in a new tag directory being created within the appropriate
directory,  Each leaf node tag directory being named after the release,
e.g.  1.0-incubator-M2.  The structure is as follows.
