Contains additional libraries needed to configure Jetty (3.1.3) and the Virtual Library inside JBoss 2.4.3.

Basically, there are a bunch of incompatibilities between the JBoss/Jetty service code (part of JBoss 2.4.3)
and any version of Jetty newer than 3.1.3.
