About the content of tools/wikidumps

Scripts are bash and have been tested on Linux OpenSUSE

Usage on unix console:

To parse an XML wiki dump and create a set of .txt/.uri files
> ./parseWikiDump wikidump.xml /outputdir

To get the RDF enhancements from FISE and store it locally
> ./getRDF /inputdir /outputdir
