A: YES!! They will probably be the most comfortable shoes you own. The springs absorb up to 95% of all the shock of walking, running, jumping, dancing, aerobics, and much more.

Q: Are they safe? Are they stable?
A: Yes, they are very safe when used properly and laced all the way up. The high-top boot and lace-up design adds stability and support. You should allow for a bit time to get used to them before you start running up and down stairs. Good judgment should be used at all times, the same good judgment you would use with scooters and inline skates.
