Portlet API Proposal

This API is a work in progress.

WARNING:

The Portlet API 'javadoc' and 'src' are outdated.
A new proposal of the Portlet API is being finalized and will soon be released.
The latest Portlet API specification 'PortletAPIDraft.pdf' is located in this directory.

This is a proposal for a new generic Portlet API that
can be implemented in many different Portal implementations
and allow the creation of mult-device customizable portal 
components "portlets" that can be aggregated on a single
page.
