WAP

Jetspeed supports the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) . This is mostly done via Cocoon and XSLT. Since Portlets can support any content generation mechanism it is possible to use other mechanisms such as ECS/Webmacro/etc.

It is important to note that Jetspeed does not explicity target WAP. It is designed to support multiple content types. WAP/WML is very popular right now and is has high penetration so this will be a popular use of Jetspeed.
