to install this module simply follow the canonical procedure
for installing any perl module

  $ tar zxvf Apache-SizeLimit-0.XX.tar.gz
  $ cd Apache-SizeLimit-0.XX

  $ perl Makefile.PL
  $ make
  $ sudo make install
