GradientFormatter Methods

The methods of the GradientFormatter class are listed below. For a complete list of GradientFormatter class members, see the GradientFormatter Members topic.

Public Static Methods

HexToInt Converts a hex string into an int. Integer.parseInt(hex, 16) assumes the input is nonnegative unless there is a preceding minus sign. This method reads the input as twos complement instead, so if the input is 8 bytes long, it will correctly restore a negative int produced by Integer.toHexString() but not neccesarily one produced by Integer.toString(x,16) since that method will produce a string like '-FF' for negative integer values.

Public Instance Methods

Equals (inherited from Object) Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object.
GetHashCode (inherited from Object) Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table.
GetType (inherited from Object) Gets the Type of the current instance.
HighlightTerm
ToString (inherited from Object) Returns a String that represents the current Object.

Protected Instance Methods

Finalize (inherited from Object) Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection.
MemberwiseClone (inherited from Object) Creates a shallow copy of the current Object.

Protected Internal Instance Methods

GetBackgroundColorString
GetForegroundColorString
