Testing with derby : create DBs:

sdbconfig --sdb testing/StoreDesc/derby-hash.ttl  --create
sdbconfig --sdb testing/StoreDesc/derby-index.ttl  --create
sdbconfig --sdb testing/StoreDescSimple/derby-layout1.ttl  --create
