Joseki 3.2

+ Java6 now required to run Joseki.
+ Streaming queries can now work (requires writing server initialization code for your DB) 
+ Initial support for SPARQL/Update.  Graphs can be updated, but not created, from the web side.

Joseki3 is not compatible with Joseki2.
