The downloads.xml file in this directory is processed by the stylesheets in this
directory to generate cgi and html pages for downloading the Jakarta components
listed in the downloads.xml file.

Whenever a Jakarta component has a new release, the downloads.xml file must be
updated.

When a new component is added,
the generated html and cgi files will need to be added to SVN.

Please ensure that they have the following SVN properties:

*.cgi

svn:eol-style: native
svn:executable: *

*.html
------
svn:eol-style: native

If a Jakarta component is removed (e.g. goes TLP),
then the CGI and HTML files need to be deleted once the details have been removed from downloads.xml
