Introduction
============

Description

This component will provide access to common system variables, 
such as CPU type and speed, and the available amount of memory.

Requirements
============

The SystemInformation package should provide interface for accessing
to the underlying Operating System information. At least Unix systems
should be supported win32 is desired as well.

Design goals
============
In order to make system information retrieval more flexible, there 
are several helper classes that represents specific way of receiving 
system info for major operating systems.
