Apache Streams uses [Git](http://git.apache.org/) for version control.

Run the following command to check out the repository trunk:

There is also a [Web UI](https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-streams.git) 
which can be used to view the repository and project activity online.

The repository syncs to [GitHub](http://github.com/apache/incubator-streams), where most pull requests are created and discussed.

Building the Project
-----------------------

Streams uses Maven 3+ as its build tool.  

`mvn clean install` from project root will build all modules and install them to your local maven repo.

Streams currently requires Java 1.7.0u72+, or Java 1.8.0u25+ during build phase.
