Maven 2 NDoc Plugin

  This plugin wraps the {{{ndoc}http://ndoc.sourceforge.net}} command line tool.  To the extent the command line options do not change between ndoc versions you should be able to use any version of ndoc.  The plugin has only been tested with NDoc 1.3.
